Stunning Vintage Pair of Red Carver 'Carimate' Chairs by Vico Magistretti C.1960
As can be seen in images the pair has a slight colour variation in their tones, I wanted to keep them both original as I think the patina is really beautiful.
The chair on the left is likely an early version from 1959-1960 with the original makers mark from Mario & Luigi Comi made for the Golf Club in Carimate (pre-Cassina production), and the chair on the right is likely Cassina production.
Both chairs are lightly restored and have a protective finish applied, ready for their next home.
I would ask £450 per chair if split up and £800 for the pair.
